Lisa N. Linney
Lisa Linney is a trial attorney with experience defending parties in premises and products liability actions, defending corporations in state and federal workers’ compensation matters, and representing homeowners’ associations and homeowners in various actions. Ms. Linney has also created business entities and assisted a Texas distillery in its licensing process. Ms. Linney is a thorough researcher and persuasive writer, and she has used these skills to win cases before trial through motion practice.
In law school, Ms. Linney was a member of Northwestern Law’s inaugural Willem C. Vis Arbitration Moot Court team and competed in Vienna, Austria. She was also a member of Northwestern Law’s National Moot Court team.
