Phillip M. Davis has nearly 10 years of experience in civil trial practice, representing both individuals and corporations in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. In personal injury litigation, Mr. Davis has significant experience both defending and prosecuting claims arising from products liability, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and general negligence. In workers’ compensation litigation, Mr. Davis has many years of experience defending and prosecuting claims made pursuant to the Defense Base Act (DBA) and Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (LHWCA) before the Department of Labor, Benefits Review Board and United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Davis earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Sam Houston State University and his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Davis was the recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship and was Best Speaker/Advocate at the Jackson Walker Moot Court Competition.

Mr. Davis is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of Texas and is admitted to practice in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern District of Texas.
