Wade Hallisey has spent much of his career in civil litigation, defending a broad array of clients, including physicians, hospitals, manufacturers, retailers, hospitality and entertainment facilities, banks, and non-profit entities. He has tried cases to verdict across north and east Texas, from defending drivers in minor automobile collisions to defending physicians in complex medical malpractice cases involving catastrophic injuries and death. In addition to his trial work, Wade has obtained favorable rulings from the Texas Supreme Court and the Austin, Dallas, and Tyler Courts of Appeals.
Wade has also worked as a senior claims attorney for a large third-party administrator specializing in niche insurance markets for London underwriters. In that role, he evaluated insurance coverage, liability, and damages and managed outside counsel.
Wade is a graduate of Baylor Law School. Prior to law school, Wade received his Bachelors of Business Administration from Baylor University and then worked four years in sales and management for a national transportation services company.
